When we receive an enquiry, our first step is to arrange a site visit. Clients sometimes send us photos or videos to show us the scope of the work, which can be really helpful and, in some cases, enough for us to provide a rough cost estimate. That said, we always prefer to do a site visit to provide a detailed quote, as we not only need to understand the scope of the work but also any operational restrictions, parking issues, etc.

Once we’ve provided a quote and the work is agreed, we then arrange a suitable date with our client to come and carry out the work.

We aim to provide all our quotes within 24hrs of our site visit.

It’s really helpful if you can give us a few details about the problem, the size of the area, and any specific needs or operational restrictions you might have. Photos or videos of your concrete floor can help us understand the situation, but we will require a site visit in order to be able to quote.

Yes. We’re happy to travel to your premises and offer some advice, but you’re not tied to anything once we’ve completed our survey.
